Q. How do I regain self- confidence?

By implementing the changes necessary to minimize future heart events and by gaining confidence again in our body our fears and doubts reduce. Life becomes less stressful and more even. We hop off “the rollercoaster”.

 

Most people modify their lifestyle and incorporate their new activities into their daily life. They become more accepting of the situation and often realize that many of their fears were unfounded or at least not as bad as they imagined.
