Seeking Help

Q. When should I seek help from others?

For some people stress, anxiety and depression may persist. If this happens to you and it is impacting your everyday life you should seek help.

You should seek help if through depression, anxiety or anger

-       you are upsetting important people in your life (friends, family, work colleagues)

-       you are having difficulty with normal daily activities (sleeping, eating, exercising, taking medication, socializing, going out etc.)

-       you feel you are not coping

Most importantly you MUST seek help if you are thinking about suicide.

Depression can be treated and you owe it to yourself and those close to you to enjoy your time together.
